Gimme AI operates the website at gimmeai.net and the companion chat experience offered through it. Where this document says "we" or "us", it means Gimme AI.

This policy covers information collected through the Gimme AI website and chat service. It does not cover third-party websites you reach by following a link away from Gimme AI.

By using Gimme AI you accept the practices described here. If any part of it does not work for you, please stop using the service.
4. Age requirement
Gimme AI is for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone below that age, and accounts found to belong to minors are removed.
5. Account information
When you create an account we store the details you provide, such as an email address and a display name. You are free to use a name that is not your legal one.
6. Chat content
Messages you exchange with a Gimme AI companion are stored so the conversation can continue where it left off. You can request their deletion at any time.
7. Technical data
We record standard technical information such as browser type, device category, approximate region and timestamps. This helps us keep Gimme AI stable and fast.
8. Cookies
Gimme AI uses cookies to keep you signed in, remember preferences and measure aggregate traffic. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings.

If you purchase anything, card details are handled by our payment processor. Gimme AI does not receive or store full card numbers.

Replies from Gimme AI companions are generated automatically. They are not professional advice and should not be treated as such.
26. Fictional characters
All companions, portraits and biographies presented on Gimme AI are fictional and illustrative. They do not depict real individuals.
27. Third-party links
Pages on Gimme AI may link elsewhere. Once you leave our site, the privacy practices of the destination apply.
28. Children's content
We prohibit any attempt to steer conversations towards minors. Accounts doing so are terminated and may be reported.
29. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service develops. The revision date at the top always reflects the current version.

Privacy questions and data requests can be sent to the contact address published on gimmeai.net, and we aim to reply within thirty days.
