Gimme AI Terms of Service
The rules that apply when you use Gimme AI, including eligibility, acceptable use, billing and liability.

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Gimme AI covering your use of gimmeai.net and everything offered on it.
2. Acceptance
By opening a chat or otherwise using Gimme AI, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to follow them.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract in your country of residence.
4. Nature of the service
Gimme AI provides entertainment conversations with fictional companions. Nothing on the platform is a real relationship with a real person.
5. Account creation
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you register and for keeping your credentials confidential.
6. Account security
Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your Gimme AI account. You remain responsible for activity carried out under it.
7. One account per person
Creating multiple accounts to bypass limits, trials or restrictions is not permitted.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Gimme AI for anything unlawful, abusive, hateful, or aimed at harming another person.
9. Prohibited content
Content involving minors, non-consenting individuals, real identifiable people, violence or illegal activity is strictly forbidden.
10. No scraping
Automated collection, scraping, mirroring or bulk extraction of material from Gimme AI is not allowed without written permission.
11. No reverse engineering
You may not attempt to decompile, probe or reconstruct the systems behind the service.
12. Service interference
Any activity that disrupts, overloads or degrades Gimme AI for other users is a breach of these terms.
13. User content
You keep ownership of what you write, and you grant us the limited licence needed to operate the service and deliver replies.
14. Generated replies
Responses from companions are produced automatically and may be inaccurate. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions.
15. Intellectual property
The Gimme AI name, design, text, imagery and characters are protected and remain our property or that of our licensors.
16. Limited licence to you
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Gimme AI for your own private enjoyment.
17. Pricing
Prices for any paid features are shown before purchase. We may adjust pricing for future purchases with notice.
18. Billing
Paid plans renew on the stated cycle until cancelled. Cancellation stops the next renewal and does not shorten the current period.
19. Refunds
Refunds are handled in line with the policy shown at checkout and with any rights you hold under local consumer law.
20. Trials and promotions
Trials and promotional offers may carry their own conditions, which apply alongside these terms.
21. Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance and outages happen.
22. Changes to the service
Features may be added, altered or withdrawn as Gimme AI develops.
23. Suspension
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, exposes us to legal risk, or endangers other users.
24. Termination by you
You can stop using Gimme AI at any time and request that your account be closed.
25. Third-party services
Some functions rely on external providers, whose own terms govern those parts of the experience.
26. Disclaimer of warranties
Gimme AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
27. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
28. Indemnity
You agree to cover claims brought against us that result from your misuse of Gimme AI or your breach of these terms.
29. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
30. Severability and updates
If any clause is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in force. Updated terms take effect when published on this page.
